Ignacio was amazing, and did an excellent job! He was very thorough, polite and respectful. I would highly recommend him! His office staff was also very helpful and able to answer all my concerns. So nice to be able to talk to a friendly voice rather than web form.

I had the pleasure of working with Ignacio for a full home inspection, including the four-point and wind mitigation,” and he was outstanding. He was thorough, detail-oriented, and explained everything clearly. Ignacio pointed out not only the current condition of systems but also potential future concerns, without being alarmist. He gave me a clear, honest picture so I could move forward with confidence. Professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend him.

We had a great experience with Finish Line Inspections. They were professional, responsive, and delivered our inspection reports quickly. The reports were detailed, easy to understand, and whenever we had questions, they responded promptly and provided the additional documents we needed. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable home inspection company. Thank you!

⛔️⚠️‼️I would not recommend this inspection company based on my experience. BEWAREEEE The call center is in the philippines!! ⛔️⚠️‼️⛔️⚠️‼️ I scheduled four inspections for the same appointment at 9:30 a.m, a home inspection, roof inspection, plumbing inspection, and pool inspection. Only the home inspector arrived on time. I repeatedly contacted the office and was told that the remaining inspectors were “on the way” and would arrive within 40 minutes. That information was inaccurate every time. Instead of arriving within 40 minutes, two inspectors didn’t show up until nearly five hours later, and the final inspection wasn’t completed until the following day. This caused significant delays, wasted hours of my time, and unnecessarily complicated an already time-sensitive real estate transaction. What made the experience even worse was the company’s response. Rather than taking responsibility, communicating honestly, or attempting to resolve the issue, they blocked me from contacting them after I expressed my concerns. That level of customer service is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Delays can happen, but poor communication, repeated misinformation, and blocking a custo

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10 Stars for sure!!! Ross was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I attended the inspection personally, and I can honestly say no stone was left unturned. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to explain every finding gave me tremendous confidence throughout the process. Ross took the time to thoroughly inspect every major system of the home, identified issues that could have easily been overlooked, and answered every question with patience and expertise. He was direct, honest, and never rushed the process. His report was detailed, and his on-site explanations helped me understand not only what was wrong, but also the potential impact of each issue. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments a person can make, and having an inspector like Ross in your corner is invaluable. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and truly looking out for your best interests, I highly recommend Ross. Money well spent and peace of mind you can't put a price on. Thank you, Ross, for an exceptional job!
